If there are any ineligible vehicles linked to your account, an Ineligible tab will appear at the top of the Vehicle Registration page, allowing you to view some of the vehicles's information.

Please tab the grey Ineligible button under the specific registration to see the ineligible message. You will need to follow the instructions in the message.

• If your driver's license status shows NI (No Insurance) or Suspended, this may be causing your vehicle registration to be ineligible. You must resolve this to proceed.
