What should I do?

Our team is currently looking into this issue with the Louisiana Office of Motor Vehicles (OMV) to determine why some newly issued licenses or IDs may display an outdated photo in LA Wallet.

If your new digital license or ID is showing an old photo, please contact LA Wallet Support at help@lawallet.com or request a live agent in a chat for further assistance.

When contacting support, please include:

• A screenshot of your new digital license or ID showing the old photo.

• Any relevant details about when you ordered your new license or ID.

Providing a screenshot will help our support team investigate the issue and assist you further.

Important

You do not need to order another license or ID solely because your LA Wallet digital credential is displaying an old photo. The issue is currently being investigated with the OMV, and we will provide additional guidance as more information becomes available.
