Due to the recent OMV migration, LA Wallet is currently experiencing an issue affecting some users whose license/IDs include a suffix with Roman numerals, such as II, III, or IV.

What’s happening?

If the name on your license/ID includes a Roman numeral suffix, you may experience issues when trying to complete verification or access certain LA Wallet features.

What are we doing?

Our team is aware of the issue and is actively working on a resolution. You do not need to take any additional steps at this time. An update will be posted on the LA Wallet Support website once the issue has been resolved.
