Please make sure you have the latest version of the LA Wallet app installed as a new version was released on January 7, 2025.
If you are unable to access the original email address that you used to create your LA Wallet account, create a new account (if you have not already) with your new email then attempt to add your license/ID to the account. If you are using your most recently issued license/ID, you will be allowed to verify yourself to have your license/ID linked to your new account. Tap the "Start Verification" button to start the verification process. Once you are verified, your license/ID will be linked to your new account.

- selfie of yourself, not from social media or edited
- clear, close up picture of the front of your most recently issued license/ID
