To renew your license or ID using LA Wallet once it has been added, you should be automatically asked to renew your license on the Home tab. If it is not showing, go to the Menu tab and select "Renew Physical License/ID". Note if you do not see this option in either places, your credential is ineligible for online renewal.

Unfortunately, if you're ineligible for renewal through LA Wallet, you will need to visit an OMV location in person for your renewal. Renewal eligibility comes directly from the OMV's system. Their open locations are listed here: https://offices.omv.la.gov for any further assistance.
