To order a duplicate license or ID using LA Wallet once it has been added, hit “Tap to View” to show your license and tap “Purchase Duplicate” displayed below your license barcode. You can also go to the Menu tab and select "Order Duplicate License/ID". Note if you do not see this option in either places, your credential is ineligible for online order of a duplicate.

Unfortunately, if you're ineligible to order a duplicate through LA Wallet or you cannot link your license/ID, you will need to visit an OMV location in person for a new license/ID.
