To update your LA Wallet email, log in and tap the Menu tab at the bottom right. Select Change Email under Account Information. You will need to input your new email address and your current password, then tap Change Email. After, you will need to enter the verification code that will be sent to the new email address.

If you can't log in, create a new account with your new email then attempt to add your license/ID to it. A pop up message will confirm your license or ID is already linked to an account. Tap the Start Verification button under the message to start the verification and unlinking process. Once you are verified, your license/ID will be linked to your new account.

Please ensure you have the latest version of the app installed to use the verification feature above.
