To deactivate or delete your LA Wallet account, tap "Menu" to the bottom right of the LA Wallet app. In the menu you will need to tap the red "Delete Account" option, type "DELETE" in the box to confirm, and tap the red "Delete Account" button.

You will be logged out of all devices and unlink all of your cards from the account. If you cannot log into the account, please email help@lawallet.com with the following information:

- Subject Line: Deactivate Account

- Reason for your request

- Email address associated with your LA Wallet account
