To deactivate or delete your LA Wallet account:
- Tap the Menu tab in the bottom menu of the app.
- Select the red Delete Account option under Account Information.
- Type DELETE to confirm.
- Tap the red Delete Account button.
Your account will be deactivated while you will be logged out from all devices and all cards will be unlinked.
If you’re unable to log in to deactivate your account, please email help@lawallet.com and include the following:
- Subject Line: Deactivate Account
- The reason for your request
- The email address connected to your LA Wallet account
- A clear, unedited selfie (not from social media)
- A photo of your most recently issued license or ID linked to the account
If you've accidentally deactivated or deleted your account and would like to have it reactivated, please email help@lawallet.com with the following details:
- Subject Line: Reactivate Account
- A brief explanation of your request
- The email address linked to your deactivated LA Wallet account
