To renew your license or ID that is linked to your LA Wallet account, you should be automatically asked to renew your license/ID on the Home tab. If it's not showing there, tap the Menu tab and select Renew Physical License/ID under Louisiana State Services.

• If you do not see this option in either places, your credential is ineligible for online renewal. Renewal eligibility comes directly from the OMV's system.

Unfortunately, if you're ineligible for renewal through LA Wallet, you will need to visit an OMV location in person for your renewal. Their open locations are listed here: https://offices.omv.la.gov for any further assistance or to schedule an appointment.
