Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel or issue refunds for orders purchased in LA Wallet. Once the purchase is submitted, the information is sent to the Office of Motor Vehicles for processing and mailing. The price breakdown page you are shown during the ordering process in the app explicitly states that no refunds will be issued if you continue with the purchase.

• Refunds cannot be issued due to the incorrect mailing address so if the mailing address that is listed on the Confirm Address page is not your current mailing address, you must visit an OMV office to update your address and purchase your new license/ID.
