Orders for renewals and duplicate credentials in LA Wallet are handled by the Office of Motor Vehicles (OMV). Delivery usually takes 2-4 weeks to the mailing address you were shown when ordering. 

The OMV does not provide tracking information for any online orders for license/ID. If you paid for a new license/ID and you do not received within 30 days of purchasing, you have within 60 days of purchasing to get a free duplicate at an official OMV office.

After 60 days, you will have to pay for a duplicate. Their open locations are listed here: https://offices.omv.la.gov where you can schedule an appointment.
