Yes, you can navigate to LDWF's licensing website to complete the free Harvest Information Program (HIP) certification through the LA Wallet app after connecting your LDWF License card. Select the LDWF License card on the Home tab, then hit the Go to LDWF Account button. This will take you to LouisianaOutdoors.com to complete the HIP certification.

Once there:

1. Select on HIP Certification (under Licenses & Permits).
2. If you’ve previously purchased a Louisiana hunting license, on the Login/Create Account page in the left-hand column (Existing Customers), click on the arrow in the blank box to select a method to log into your account. Then type in your information and hit Search Accounts.
   • If you have never purchased a Louisiana hunting license, on the Login/Create Account page in the right-hand column (First Time Customers), tap Create Account.
3. On the Customer Details page, complete and/or check all of your information. Be sure to add an email address if you have not previously provided one. Then select Next.
4. On the Are you a Louisiana Resident page, select whether you are a Louisiana resident, select the box that “I hereby declare that all information provided is true and correct”, and then hit Next.
5. On the Choose Product(s) page, make sure you're in the Hunting category then select the HIP Certification to add it to your cart. 
   • Select every license that you would like to buy, then hit Checkout. 
6. After tapping Checkout, it will direct you to the HIP registration questions. When answering the HIP registration questions, tap on the arrow in each box and tell us whether you hunted and killed 0, 1-10, 11+, or did not hunt for every species. Then hit Continue.
7. On the Checkout page, you can edit your purchases, make a donation to Hunters for the Hungry, and enter your payment information. When finished, select Submit Payment.
   1. Payment will not be requested if you are not purchasing additional licenses or making a donation.
8. On the Sales Receipt page, you will have options—to Download License(s), View License(s) in Browser, or Print Receipt. If you have an email on file, your license(s) are emailed to you automatically. 
9. Navigate back to the LA Wallet app where the HIP certification will be listed under the Hunting menu.
