LA Wallet accounts are linked to an email address. To log back into your account, you will need to log in using the same email and password you used to create your account. If you’re unsure of your password, please use the Forgot password? option on the Login page.

If you are unable to access the original email address, you'll need to create a new account (if you have not already) with your new email. Once the new account is created, tap the Add License button on the Home tab then insert your license/ID information.
You will be allowed to verify yourself to have your license/ID linked to your new account. Tap the Start Verification button to start the verification process. Once you are verified, your license/ID will be linked to your new account.
Please ensure you have the latest version of the app installed to use the verification feature above.
