If you are trying to access your LA Wallet app and receive an error message indicating that you're offline, please check the following settings:
Go to Settings > Apps > LA Wallet > Mobile Data and ensure the following:
- Allow background data usage is enabled
- Allow data usage while data saver is on is enabled
Once these 2 settings are enable, try accessing your LA Wallet app again. If you're still receiving the same error message, please email help@lawallet.com with the following information:
