If you have forgotten the email address associated with your LA Wallet account, select the Forgot email? option on the Login page of the LA Wallet app.
Enter the details from your most recent driver's license or state ID that is linked to your LA Wallet account then tap Send Email. If a match is found, you'll see a partially hidden email and receive a LA Wallet Forgotten Email with a reset password option for your account.
