Key Information
- You can't login to an account that is deactivated account.
- You cannot log in from a new device without access to the email linked to your LA Wallet account.
- You must create a new account using an accessible email address.
Instructions
1. On the opening page of the LA Wallet app, tap the LOGIN button.
2. You will need to select the Forgot email? option.
3. Enter the details from your most recent driver's license or state ID that is linked to your LA Wallet account, then tap Send Email.
- The Send Email button will be a light blue if all boxes are not filled correctly.
4. If a match is found, you'll see a partially hidden email and can either log in with that email and your password or reset your password via a link we send to that email.
5. You will receive a LA Wallet Forgotten Email with a reset password option for your account.
