Key Information
- You can't login to an account that is deactivated account.
- You cannot log in from a new device without access to the email linked to your LA Wallet account.
- You must create a new account using an accessible email address.
- The LA Wallet app can only be installed on compatible smartphones and tablets, not computers or web browsers.
Instructions
1. On the opening page of the LA Wallet app, tap the LOGIN button.
2. You will need to fill in the Email and Password boxes, then tap the Login button at the bottom of the page.
- The Login button will be a light blue if all boxes are not filled correctly.
NOTE: If signing in on a new device, after tapping the Login button, you will be asked for an Activation Code which will be sent to your email address.
- We recommend using a secondary device (PC, tablet, or another phone) to check the activation code email. This allows you to keep the LA Wallet code entry screen open without needing to exit, which can cause it to revert to the previous page.
3. Next, you must create a 4-digit PIN to access your LA Wallet. The same PIN must be entered twice to confirm and set it.
4. If your license/ID is still linked to your account, allow a few seconds for your device to load your information.
- If your license/ID is not linked to your account, you will need to link it to access additional LA Wallet features.
