- These steps are for only if a vehicle partially matches your driver's license or state ID information.
- Your LA Wallet app must be up to date.
Instructions
1. Tap the Find My Vehicle(s) button to search for registrations linked to your license/ID.
2. If you have a vehicle that doesn’t match your info exactly, but there are vehicles that might match license/ID number, you’ll see a prompt like the one below.
- Tap Verify Ownership, you'll be navigated to the Add Vehicle page where you will have to confirm some vehicle information that would allow your registration to show.
- If you are unable to successfully complete ownership verification, email help@lawallet.com with the following details:
- Subject Line: Vehicle Registration Support
- Reason for request.
- Clear picture of the front of their most recently issued license/ID.
- Clear picture of their most recent physical vehicle registration certificate.
