Key Information

• Your name and license/ID number on your physical vehicle registration certificate should exactly match with the license/ID linked to your account.
• If you are not listed on the vehicle registration, you will need to visit an OMV office to add your name and license/ID to the registration.
• Registrations for commercial vehicles, boats, trailers, or non-personal vehicles cannot be linked to LA Wallet. 

Instructions

1. After linking your driver’s license or state ID, tap the My Vehicles card on the Home tab.

2. You will see a Terms and Conditions page which you can accept by tapping the Find My Vehicle(s) button.

3. Vehicles will be added automatically and displayed in a listing on the next page.

• You can tap the View Details button to view your vehicle registration information including the digital vehicle registration certificate.

• If no registrations appear but you have a registered vehicle, or if you can't load the digital certificate or tax & fee info, email help@lawallet.com with the following details:
  1. Subject Line: Vehicle Registration Support
  2. Clear picture of the front of their most recently issued license/ID.
  3. Clear picture of their most recent physical vehicle registration certificate.
