Key Information

• The following information is only if you have a vehicle listed under the Ineligible tab of the My Vehicles card. 

Instructions

1. Tap the Find My Vehicle(s) button to search for registrations linked to your license/ID.

2. If there are ineligible vehicles linked to your account, an Ineligible tab will appear at the top, allowing you to view those vehicles.

3. Click the grey Ineligible button under the specific registration to see the ineligible message and what you will need to do for assistance.

• If your ineligible message directs you to contact the OMV at a specific number but you can't reach them, you can find a list of Louisiana OMV offices HERE to contact for assistance.
