Please make sure you have the latest version of the LA Wallet app installed as a new version was released on June 5, 2025.

In order to link your COVID-19 test results to LA Wallet, your test has to be performed by a participating laboratory. Positive test results show for 120 days, and negative or inconclusive test results show for 5 days. You try pulling down on the SMART Health Card screen section and see if that gets your test information updated. 

If you do not see this section, please make sure you have the latest version of the app installed.
