Vaccinations received out of state are not automatically going to appear in LA Wallet. Your vaccination record needs to be updated in the Louisiana Immunization Network, LINKS, database with your out of state vaccine. Out of state providers do not have access to the LINKS database. 

Submit a Vaccine Card Assistance ticket under the Menu tab of the LA Wallet app so we can get this escalated to the Louisiana Department of Health (LDH) for you. They will assist you further with this issue through email or you can add a callback number when you fill out the Vaccine Card Assistance ticket in the app.
