Key Information
- You must be logged into your LA Wallet account and know your current password to successfully use this option.
- If you’re unsure of your password or can't log in, use the Forgot password? option on the Login page.
Instructions
1. Tap the Menu tab, scroll under Account Information, and select the Change Password option.
2. Fill out the Old/Current Password, New Password, and Confirm Password boxes then tap Change Password.
- The criteria for a new password is displayed under the New Password box. A special character is any character that is not a number or letter, i.e., &, or !. The eye with a line through it icon is for hiding and unhiding what is in the password boxes.
- The Change Password button will be a light yellow if all boxes are not filled out correctly and the letters will be in red instead of black.
3. You will be told that their password has changed and will be logged out. You must log back in using their email address and new password.
