Organ Donor Registration or Unregister

Key Information

This option will only register or unregister you from The Louisiana Donor Registry.
- If you wishes to also add or remove the organ donor symbol from your license/ID, visit your local OMV office to have everything completed.

1. Tap the Menu tab, scroll under Louisiana State Services, and select the Organ Donor Registration option.

If you're not registered, tap Organ Donor Status in the Menu tab then tap Click here to register.

2. You will be taken to The Louisiana Donor Registry website to manage your donor status from there.
