To remotely verify your identity with a website or business using LA Wallet, you must first create an account and link your Louisiana driver’s license or state ID to that account. Next, tap the "Share" tab at the bottom and tap "Remote Verify" at the top of the Share License page. Here is where you will type in the Remote Verify You Code that was provided by the website/business, and tap Submit.

You will then be able to view the requesting website/business's information including their name and the reason they are requesting to verify your identity. If for any reason the information provided does not appear correct or you do not wish to send the information requested, select "Deny". Once you agree to send the information, select "Approve" to complete the remote identity verification.

If you do not have a Louisiana driver's license or state ID, you cannot verify yourself through LA Wallet. You will need to contact the website/business you need to verify yourself with for further assistance.
