In order to link your Louisiana Medicaid card to LA Wallet you must first create an LA Wallet account and link your Louisiana driver’s license or state ID to that account. Next, tap the Medicaid Health Plan Card on the Home tab and tap the Add Medicaid Health Plan Card. Enter your Social Security Number or the 16-digit Medicaid CCN from the front of your card. Once your information is entered, tap Submit to search for your Louisiana Medicaid Health Card to your account.

If not found, please contact Louisiana Medicaid at the number provided who will be able to help fix any issues.

If you are still unable to pull up your information after checking with Louisiana Medicaid, please email help@lawallet.com with a screenshot of the error message you're receiving, your name, CCN, date of birth, and your type of Louisiana Medicaid plan. We can escalate this to be looked into further.

IMPORTANT: You cannot add a Medicare card as LA Wallet does not support Medicare, only Medicaid.
