In order to link other household member's Louisiana Medicaid cards to LA Wallet, tap the Medicaid Health Card on the Home tab and tap the 3 lines to the top right. Select Add Household Member, fill out the boxes with their information, and tap Submit. Once their information is found, their card will be added to your account.

If not found, please contact Louisiana Medicaid at the number provided who will be able to help fix any issues. Please be advised: You must be listed as "Head of Household" on the member's Louisiana Medicaid account.

If you are still unable to pull up the household member's information after checking with Louisiana Medicaid, please email help@lawallet.com with the household member's name, CCN, date of birth, and their type of Louisiana Medicaid plan along with your name and date of birth. We can escalate this to be looked into further.
