The LA Wallet app is only available for compatible smartphones and tablets, not for computers or web browsers. To download the app, search for LA Wallet in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
If you’re downloading for the first time, tap the Get button on Apple devices or Install button on Android devices. If you’ve downloaded the app before, a redownload icon will appear so you can reinstall it on your device.
- The LA Wallet app is free to download and does not charge to add your license/ID, only for purchasing a new license/ID. If you're asked for payment to link your credential, you're either not using the official LA Wallet app or using an outdated version.
