Key Information
- If you purchased your new license/ID outside of the LA Wallet app, you will need to complete these steps.
- If you do not have your new license/ID in hand, wait until you receive it or contact the OMV to see if they can provide the necessary details before completing this process.
- An old license/ID may be automatically unlinked from your account, as LA Wallet only links your most recently issued license or ID even if you did not unlink it.
Instructions
1. Tap the Menu tab, scroll under Account Information, and select the Unlink License From Account option in the Menu tab.
2. Next, read the information on the prompt, tap the Unlink button to unlink the old license/ID from your account, and tap the Dismiss button once it has been unlinked.
3. Tap the Home tab to add your new license/ID.
4. A LA Wallet - License Unlinked email will be sent to your email address.
