IMPORTANT: Please pull down to refresh the Share mDL page before tapping the Share button to make sure your mDL is up to date. You will see a "Your mDL has been updated" message once you have pulled down to refresh.

A digital ID can now be used at more than 250 U.S. airports where TSA checkpoints that support digital IDs are available. To use your LA Wallet app, enable the Share mDL with TSA card:
- Link your Louisiana REAL ID-compliant driver's license or state ID to your account.
- A REAL ID-compliant driver license or state ID will display a gold circle with a star cutout in the top right corner.
- Tap the Share mDL with TSA card on the Home tab or the mDL tab under the Share tab in the bottom menu.
- Tap Next and allow Bluetooth permission by tapping Accept.
- Complete a facial match by tapping Begin and following the on-screen instructions.
After verification, share your mobile ID with TSA by tapping Share.
A QR code will appear for the TSA agent to scan or to hold near the TSA terminal. Choose which information to share, then tap Approve. You’ll see a confirmation screen once your info is sent.
If you don’t see this option, update to the latest app version.
