To register as an organ donor through the LA Wallet app, go on the Menu tab to the bottom right and select “Organ Donor Registration”. This will bring you to the Louisiana Donor Registry. If you’ve previously registered, you can find and claim your existing registration and make any updates needed. If you aren’t registered, fill in the information in the form and you will be added as soon as you hit submit.

To have the organ donor symbol added to your license/ID, you will need to visit an OMV location to get this done and they can add you as an organ donor instead of registering online. Their open locations are listed here: https://offices.omv.la.gov.
