To register as an organ donor through the LA Wallet app, go on the Menu tab to the bottom right and select “Organ Donor Registration”. This will bring you to the Louisiana Donor Registry. If you’ve previously registered, you can find and claim your existing registration and make any updates needed. If you aren’t registered, fill in the information in the form and you will be added as soon as you hit submit.

To add the organ donor symbol to your license/ID, visit an OMV location. You can register as an organ donor there instead of online. Find open locations here: https://offices.omv.la.gov.
