Key Information

• The latest LA Wallet app uses your device's screen lock (PIN, passcode, or Touch/Face ID) instead of a 4-digit PIN. Older versions still require a separate 4-digit PIN for the app.
• You cannot reset your 4-digit PIN if you cannot log in to your LA Wallet account. 

Instructions

1. If you cannot remember your 4-digit PIN or want to reset it, select Forgot your PIN? at the bottom of the opening screen.

• If Forgot your PIN? is missing at the bottom and Enter your PIN shows at the top, it means you're being asked to create a 4-digit PIN. You will need to enter the same 4 digits twice for the PIN to set. Forgot your PIN? appears only if a PIN is set.

2. You will need to log out of your account and once you sign back in you will be asked to create a new pin.

3. On the opening page of the LA Wallet app, tap the LOGIN button.

4. You will need to fill in the Email and Password boxes, then click the Login button at the bottom of the page. 

• The Login button will be a light blue if all boxes are not filled correctly.

3. Next, you must create a 4-digit PIN to access your LA Wallet. The same PIN must be entered twice to confirm and set it.
