Your license status comes directly from the Office of Motor Vehicles. You can visit https://dps.expresslane.org/omvservices/ReinstatementInquiry/Index to see why your license status is listed "NI", "Suspended", or anything other than "VALID" and how to get it resolved.
If it shows that you have no outstanding issues with the OMV, please email help@lawallet.com with a screenshot of the driver's license status inquiry page showing that you have no outstanding issues and your license/ID number so that we can escalate this to OMV Headquarters.
