Please make sure you have the latest version of the LA Wallet app installed as a new version was released on January 7, 2025.
To change the email address attached to your LA Wallet account, you will need to log into your account. Under the "Menu" tab to the bottom right, you will need to tap "Change Email". You will need to input your new email address and your current password. Then you will need to enter the verification code that will be sent to the new email address.
If you are unable to log into your account, please create a new account (if you have not already) with your new email then attempt to add your license/ID to the account. If you are using your most recently issued license/ID, you will be allowed to verify yourself to have your license/ID linked to your new account. Tap the "Start Verification" button to start the verification process. Once you are verified, your license/ID will be linked to your new account.
