To change the email address attached to your LA Wallet account, you will need to log into your account. Under the "Menu" tab to the bottom right, you will need to tap "Change Email". You will need to input your new email address and your current password. Then you will need to enter the verification code that will be sent to the new email address.
If you are unable to log in to the LA Wallet account, email help@lawallet.com with the following 2 pictures to unlink your license/ID from your old email address and account:
- selfie of yourself, not from social media or edited
- clear, close up picture of the front of your most recently issued license/ID
After your license/ID is unlink, you can make an account with your current email address then add your license/ID to that account.
