In order to link your Concealed Handgun Permit (CHP) to LA Wallet you must first create an LA Wallet account and link your Louisiana driver’s license or state ID to that account. Next, tap the Concealed Handgun Permit Card on the Home tab and tap “Retrieve Permit” to pull your permit. Once your information is found, your digital permit will show.

If your permit doesn't come up or shows incorrectly, make sure the same driver's license or state ID number linked in LA Wallet is what is listed on your CHP and in the State Police's system. You can contact the CHP division at State Police if it doesn't pull up for you.
