The most common reason this error appears is because the vaccine record with the Louisiana Department of Health’s LINKS database does not match your driver’s license/ID exactly and there may be another record that is similar to yours. Please open up the Menu tab in the LA Wallet app and then tap on Health Card Assistance.
That will get you a ticket opened in a support channel with the Louisiana Department of Health who will be able to assist further with any COVID-19 related issues. They will assist you further with this issue through email or you can add a callback number when you fill out the Health Card Assistance ticket in the app.
