Your license and account are linked to an email address. To log back into your account, you will need to log in using the same email and password you used to create your account. If you’re unsure of your password, please use the “Forgot password?” option. Additionally, if you are logging in from a new device, an activation code will be sent to the account's email address so you can verify yourself.
If you are unable to access the original email address, email help@lawallet.com with the following 2 pictures to unlink your license/ID from your old email address and account:
- selfie of yourself, not from social media or edited
- clear, close up picture of the front of your most recently issued license/ID
After your license/ID is unlink, you can make an account with your current email address then add your license/ID to that account.
