Please make sure you have the latest version of the LA Wallet app installed as a new version was released on January 7, 2025.
Your license and account are linked to an email address. To log back into your account, you will need to log in using the same email and password you used to create your account. If you’re unsure of your password, please use the “Forgot password?” option. Additionally, if you are logging in from a new device, an activation code will be sent to the account's email address so you can verify yourself.
If you are unable to log into your account, please create a new account (if you have not already) with your new email then attempt to add your license/ID to the account. If you are using your most recently issued license/ID, you will be allowed to verify yourself to have your license/ID linked to your new account. Tap the "Start Verification" button to start the verification process. Once you are verified, your license/ID will be linked to your new account.

- clear, close up picture of the front of your most recently issued license/ID
